"Thank you so much for demolishing the gatekeeping model of this industry through this showcase. I'm so in awe of how you champion others and have created a safe and fun environment for everyone to uplift each other. Cannot emphasize my gratitude for the MOS squad enough. I hope I can pay it forward ASAP!"

"An exciting new player on the scene! While other showcases allow any actor who can afford it to participate, this company thoroughly screens their prospective talent and is committed to bringing in skilled actors who are also kind and hard-working people– I know this because I now represent a handful of them! Additionally, their dedication to accessibility, equity and authenticity within this industry is apparent in everything they do. I consider myself a fan and will continue to support this company and attend their events!”
-Barbara Schulman, Talent Manager,
Oxford Talent Management
"Looking back on my career thus far, I’d say MOS has made the single biggest impact on me both personally and professionally. It gave me a platform to cut through all the red tape that can be so intimidating to young actors. Through MOS I met my manager, who has given me more opportunities to audition than ever before and with whom I have a wonderful relationship! Additionally, I booked a role in a local theater company’s original production, which ended up being such an enriching experience and a highlight of my career. I think most importantly though, MOS gave me an opportunity to work with incredible, like-minded actors, to give ourselves the platform to showcase our abilities. Whether you’re in the middle of an industry-changing strike, a seasoned working actor, or just starting out, creating opportunities to put yourself out there is among the most important things you can do to further your career. For giving me that, among so many other things, I will always have immense gratitude for MOS and the wonderful people behind it!"
